These Terms govern use of New Age Media's automated content-publishing tool ("the App"), which schedules and publishes our own educational videos to our own social media accounts.
The App is operated by New Age Media for its own internal publishing purposes. It connects to social platform APIs (such as TikTok) only to upload and publish content to accounts we own and control.
All content published through the App is our own original educational material. We are solely responsible for our content and for complying with each platform's community guidelines and terms.
The App is designed to comply with the developer terms and API policies of each connected platform. We will not use the App to violate any platform's rules.
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. Our educational content is for general information only and is not professional financial advice.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
